Watch Warranty Service

If you determine that you need manufacturer warranty service for your A.T. Cross watch, please follow these instructions:

  1. Package your product in a sturdy container with sufficient padding to protect from damage during transit. All shipping containers and packing materials are discarded upon receipt. As such, please do not use any containers and/or materials you wish returned.

  2. Place your item in a padded envelope with a note detailing your name, address, telephone number, email address and reason for service. Be sure to insure the package.

  3. Download, print, and complete the Mail-In Watch Warranty Form here and send it along with the package.

  4. All postage, insurance, and shipping costs are your responsibility. Charges may apply to repairs that are not covered under the standard warranty. We recommend that you ship using UPS, Insured Parcel Post, or some other trackable method.
