Scope Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to strengthen our distributors’ sales team. In this role, you will work with the GM of APAC in building and improving the distributors’ business. Maintaining relationships with existing portfolios of international distributors in APAC and the Middle East as well as focusing on new business development. As the International Sales Manager, you will oversee our business re-launch and expansion across the region.

In addition, to having the responsibility to look after the effective implementation of the Global Sales Strategy; the definition of the quarterly and yearly budgets; the coordination of our Distributor Corporate policies, procedures, and programs with a strong emphasis on managing the in-market presence of the Cross’ product lines to each Distributor market.

Skills Required

Main tasks: • Ultimately deliver the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plan by channel, geography, and key account. • Manage a portion of our APAC portfolio of distributors in selected geographies. o Developing strong business relationships with key personnel across all customers o Quantitative governance of the markets with a strong focus on sell-in, sell-out and inventory performance monitoring. o Ensure presentations and buy in of new collections. o Develop sales & marketing plans for the retail and business gift channels in all key markets. o Ensure merchandising standards are according to the brands guidelines and utilize the merchandising opportunities to maximize sales potential. o Coach and train Distributor partner sales & marketing teams about the brands and how to effectively market the brands to consumers. • Manage weekly and monthly reports about sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting. • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with key accounts. • Driving new business development across all the assigned channels and geographies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher • Minimum 5 to 8 years sales experience in managing Distributors, with a focus on B2C. • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is a MUST. • Proven ability to manage Key Account customers and international distributors in FMCG, lifestyle and luxury. • Data-driven approach to sales and distributors’ governance is a must. • New business development attitude, negotiation capability, sound communication and presentation skills • Capability to manage and sell a Brand. • Strong quantitative and analytical skills: the candidate is familiar with sell-in and sell-out analysis and forecasting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. • Multi-tasking, dynamic, flexible, and proactive result-oriented personality. • FMCG background preferred. • This position will also be a hands-on manager with excellent communication skills.
