Scope Responsibilities:

We are looking for an independent, dynamic & motivated Sales Manager who will be able to play a key role in our restructuring and relaunch plan for the HK & Macao region sharing your time managing and developing our B2B/Corporate Customers and agencies in Hong Kong and Macau as well as coordinating our B2C/Department store counters and general sales operations with wholesalers and direct accounts.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the GM of APAC and the Sales Manager Greater of China. 

Skills Required

Specific Functional Responsibilities: • Define and implement strategies to further develop the Hong Kong and Macau B2B/Corporate channels. • Develop new sales through networking activities, LinkedIn, emailing, direct meetings, presentations, new lead generation programs, promotions, etc. • Maintain and develop existing direct corporate customers and our B2B agencies. • Manage our HK & Macao wholesalers and resellers network. • Follow-up our existing top direct consumer accounts in HK with the support of Trade Marketing. • Coordinate our Sogo and Wing-On DTC shop-in-shop operations with the support of store managers. • Execute Retail business development in HK and MC, re-activating accounts and opening new ones. • Manage weekly and monthly reports about sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasting. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher • The candidate must be able to speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin. • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience with B2B/Corporate customers, solution selling (marketing services or similar) or premium products • Existent portfolio of corporate clients and contacts in HK and Macau preferred • Experience in managing B2C consumer sales preferred but not a must. The company will train and coach the candidate. • Talents with mostly B2C experience will also be considered if determined to invest focus and efforts in implementing a successful B2B strategy. • New business development attitude, negotiation capability, sound communication and presentation skills • Capability to manage and sell a Brand • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, used to work through forecasting and sales analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems • A high degree of flexibility is required for this role. • This is a hybrid role with flexibility; meeting customers and prospects when needed
