Warehouse Customer Service Lead Job Description
We are looking for an experienced warehouse Lead to manage customer orders, prioritize activites and facilitate daily communication of warehousing operations. If you are an experienced warehouse Lead or operator looking to advance your career, we would like to meet you.
The Warehouse Customer Service Lead responsibilites include:
Work closely with internal management to execute customer orders correctly and on time
Ecommerce and B2B order processing (to include international shipments)
Train and oversee a team of warehouse personnel in Pick, Pack and Ship ensuring consistency and quality
Communicate inbound receipt/discrepancy/damages/issues with picking, packing,and shortages as they happen
Advise when shipment ready for pick up
Manages priority list/trucking appointments as needed
Other duties as assigned
