Warehouse Customer Service Lead Job Description

We are looking for an experienced warehouse Lead to manage customer orders, prioritize activites and facilitate daily communication of warehousing operations.  If you are an experienced warehouse Lead or operator looking to advance your career, we would like to meet you.

The Warehouse Customer Service Lead responsibilites include:

Work closely with internal management to execute customer orders correctly and on time

Ecommerce and B2B order processing (to include international shipments)

Train and oversee a team of warehouse personnel in Pick, Pack and Ship ensuring consistency and quality

Communicate inbound receipt/discrepancy/damages/issues with picking, packing,and shortages as they happen

Advise when shipment ready for pick up

Manages priority list/trucking appointments as needed

Other duties as assigned

Skills Required

Warehouse Customer Service Lead Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required. • Previous experience as an area lead operator or Team Lead position. • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations • Time management skills and the ability to delegate. • Excellent organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. • Problem-solving skills.
