Job Descriptions

Warehouse VAS Lead We are seeking an experience VAS Lead to manage the daily work order process. You will manage the workorders workload and communicate with the operations team on any circumstances that may arise during the build process. The Warehouse VAS lead responsibilities include: • Train employees on packaging from component level to SKU level • Pick the components needed to build the WO • Inspect the returns to return to stock or scrap items • De-pick items as needed to build to different SKU / packaging levels • Communicate on replacing certain parts that do not comply with WO needs • Manage the VAS team group • Print labels as needed for WO’s • Receive in WO’s • Other duties as assigned

Skills Required

Warehouse VAS Lead Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required. • Previous warehouse experience as well as assembly experience • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations • Time management skills and the ability to delegate. • Excellent organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. • Critical thinking skills.
