All Cross writing instruments and desk set penholder mechanisms are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure, regardless of age.
Any Cross product or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge when received at our factory from the consumer (postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer, and processing fees may apply). Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable Cross product. Leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use, and emblems and other customized decorations, are excluded from this warranty; also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. The Cross guarantee extends our assurance of a lifetime of writing pleasure to every owner of a Cross writing instrument.

Full One-Year Leather Warranty

All Cross personal accessories are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure and defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
Any Cross accessory or part requiring service under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge when received from the consumer at our factory. Postage and insurance are the responsibility of the consumer, and processing fees may apply. Any such product that is no longer in production and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable Cross product. Logos, engraving and other decorations are excluded from this warranty, as are parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse, and materials which become worn in the course of normal use. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

This Cross timepiece is warranted by Cross to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from date of receipt.
During the warranty period the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at our option, without charge for ether parts or labor.

Excluded from this warranty are timepiece bracelet, strap, crystal, case, battery, any timepiece accessories, emblems or customized decoration and timepieces or parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. Damage not resulting from a defect in material or workmanship, damage caused by tampering or damage resulting from repairs not performed by Cross are not covered by this warranty.

Cross disclaims liability for consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty, including warranty of merchantability, with respect to this timepiece. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Cross limits the duration of any implied warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability, to two years from the date of receipt. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Warranty on Sales Outside of the U.S.

For products purchased or used outside of the United States, upon discovery of a defect in the product within the warranty period (one year from date of purchase), please notify your local dealer or distributor.
