Summary	This position is responsible for achieving annual sales goals and profit forecast for AT Cross Mexico Subsidiary. The incumbent is responsible to supervise, control, evaluate and motivate the sales force and administrative personnel to achieve the annual plan. This position should efficiently represent the A.T. Cross brand and the company and is accountable for communicating and working effectively with the U.S. corporate headquarters and the greater Mexico office..
Requirements	A keen understanding of the marketing and sales of luxury consumer goods in Mexico. A University degree and a minimum range of 5-10 years experience in a senior level marketing and sales role with profit and loss responsibility. Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills are essential. The ability to manage and motivate a sales force. Ability to speak read and write English.
