Place your item in a padded envelope with a note detailing your name, address, telephone number, email address and reason for return. Be sure to insure the package.
If the item is SENTIMENTAL to you, please note this clearly on your correspondence. (Under the terms of our warranty, we may choose to replace an item as opposed to repairing it. If your unit is sentimental to you, we want to be certain to return it to you.)
All postage, insurance, and shipping costs are your responsibility. Charges may apply to repairs that are not covered under the standard warranty. We recommend that you ship using UPS, Insured Parcel Post, or some other trackable method.
