SET YOUR SIGHTS ON STYLE WITH NEW CROSS® READERS
CROSS, the internationally recognized maker of fine writing instruments and accessories,
brings its penchant for precise engineering to its new collection of readers. The
CROSS collection of stylish readers marries fashion with flexibility, as this affordable
essential means worry-free toting from the beach to the boardroom. Five readers
and two sun readers feature scratch resistant aspheric lenses, precisely aligned
lens centers, lightweight and durable optical quality materials, and, on select
styles, adjustable nose pads for a perfect fit.
With suggested retail prices of $25 and $30 (for the sun readers), this collection
of CROSS eyewear includes both classic shapes and modern styling. The models, named
after some of history’s most inspired authors, include three rimless designs, some
including looks that combine color and metallic tones:
Woolf with a tortoise and matte brown frame; Joyce
in tortoise and polished gold; and Melville
with a black and matte silver frame.
Two fully framed readers (Faulkner and Austen) offer different shape options and color
choices (black and matte silver or tortoise and gold respectively). The sun readers
have tinted lenses that provide 100% UV protection and include
Clancy, a rimless style in gray and matte silver, and
Collins with a full frame in tortoise with polished silver. Each
reader is available in six powers ranging from 1.00-2.50.
The readers are packaged in a unique travel case with a sliding mechanism that offers
reusable storage.
CROSS readers will debut at select retailers in September.
