CROSS® PEN CLINIC COMES TO CHICAGO WITH NEW SHOP AT WATER TOWER PLACE

Pen aficionados, take note! CROSS, the oldest pen manufacturer in the Western Hemisphere and an American icon, invites CROSS pen owners in the Chicago area to bring their pens to the CROSS PEN CLINIC being held on December 8th and 9th at the company’s new location in Water Tower Place.

At this special event, CROSS experts will inspect CROSS pens and diagnose your pen’s condition. You may bring CROSS pens of any age to the clinic, as CROSS provides a lifetime mechanical guarantee on its writing instruments. If detailed work is required to restore your pen to full functionality, CROSS will repair the pens, free of charge, at its headquarters. At this event, CROSS will also polish pens, and can engrave metal surface pens free during these two days. The CROSS team will also assist with any replacement of nibs and ink cartridges for fountain pens, or refills for ball-point and rolling ball models (a fee does apply for replacements).

CROSS has just introduced its micro shop on the second floor of Water Tower Place, its first freestanding location in the Chicago area.
