Customer Support Services Coordinator - International

Summary: This position is responsible for assisting International mangers with coordination and implementation of marketing/sales programs and related activities. The role coordinates distributors, duty free and subsidiaries accounts with order processing of plain and decorated products, handling repairs, and shipping details with freight forwarders as they relate to orders. The incumbent is responsible for working directly between Cross' outside 3PL and customers' freight forwarder, processing all the necessary paperwork for customs. Additionally, the candidate is also directly responsible for handling specific customer issues or may act as a facilitator between the customer, credit department, Cross China, third party logistics, shipping distribution, sales administration, product control, and QC.

The role also is responsible for providing assistance in meeting business sales targets to each of the International and Duty Free Markets.

The duties also include being responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer order fulfillment, duplicating company logos, managing backlog order report, e-mails, and translates customer requirements accurately, communicating effectively throughout the organization and customer's.
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • 3-5 years experience in Customer Support Services preferably in a International environment
  • Fluent communication skills in Spanish
  • Understanding of customer order fulfillment process and our order entry system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential to courteously and tactfully handle customer issues, speaking with our manufacturing floor in China, or freight carrier
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to establish priorities, research and resolve problems, follow through timely on customer inquiries, and function effectively in fast-paced work environment within required time restraints
  • Proficiency in MS Programs
  • Occasional overtime due to business needs may be required during the year (some holidays)

Buyer/Planner

Summary: This position is responsible for planning and procuring purchased finished goods, components and packaging materials at the best price consistent with accepted standards of quality and service within the established timeframes in areas of new product development and current product offerings.
Qualifications:

Continuous Improvement Manager

Summary:

The successful candidate in this position will identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities in all operating and administrative functions across the company. They will also be responsible for developing our employee’s continuous improvement skills through leadership, training and coaching. While the role will ultimately be responsible for driving down costs, streamlining processes, and training employees; the candidate also needs to champion a continuous improvement culture; lead teams and promote change essential to business success.

Duties of this position require sound knowledge of end-to-end business processes within the organization. The role also requires superior knowledge of best industry practices to improve process efficiencies. The role requires knowledge of project management, implementation and delivery, along with incumbent experience of established CI methodologies and lean Six Sigma certification from a recognized source.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities.
  • Managing projects end-to-end, delivering or exceeding agreed upon results and Gaining stakeholder approval and commitment throughout the project life cycle.
  • Implementing sustainment strategy in partnership with process owner.
  • Facilitating and drive change across the organization. Utilize data driven, fact based analytics to deliver results. Lead by example, demonstrating ability to lead teams and act as a change agent.
  • Serving as a resource to the business, facilitating knowledge transfer and overseeing proper application of continuous improvement methodology and tools.
  • Maintaining an overview of all the CI Activities taking place across the company.
  • Maintaining copies of the action plans and data. As appropriate, attending the local improvement team meetings, meet with improvement team leaders and ensuring that all improvement activity is followed through to successful completion.
  • Ensuring that any roadblocks are highlighted, escalated and addressed.
  • Facilitating and managing the Communication of C.I. Strategy across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Technology.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience leading and executing continuous improvement projects in a dedicated Lean Six Sigma position within a transactional environment.
  • Formal Lean Six Sigma training through certification with application of Lean Six Sigma tools and methods including DMAIC, DFSS, and Lean skill sets.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from recognized source.
  • Must have experience in how to successfully manage people through change. Must understand typical resistance to change and know how to overcome it.
  • Must have understanding of statistical tools and methods and be able to coach others in structured rigorous use of data.
  • Has prior experience in successfully leading and facilitating improvement.
  • Experience leading projects in supply chain would be an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office elements including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Access.
  • Ability to process and synthesize data, analyze and explain reports.
  • Must possess solid business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work closely and productively with a wide-variety of personalities and professional disciplines.
  • Ability to independently organize, troubleshoot, problem solve and complete work in a quick and efficient manner.

Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Writing Solutions – New England/New York & New Jersey and PA

Summary:

This position will be responsible for selling decorated and non-decorated CROSS products for the Corporate Writing Solutions market in the NY, New Jersey, New England and the Pennsylvania territories. This position requires developing and maintaining relationships while selling to current and new distributors. The distributors’ customer list includes corporate, incentive, business and promotional channels.

Responsibilities:
