Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing and Brand, this position is responsible to drive aggressive profitable expansion in the E-Commerce channel across the globe. With full P&L responsibility the incumbent will develop and execute investment strategies that will enable aggressive sales growth whilst returning meaningful bottom line profitability. This role will lead a small but dynamic team based internationally as well as locally.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute 3 year strategic plans / annual budgets detailing sales growth initiatives, margin objectives, operating expense requirements, capital investment plans, and bottom line growth
  • Develop strategic direct marketing plans and programs for the direct business, both short and long term, to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of planning & organizing products in support of the e-commerce marketing plan.
  • Identify, develop, and implement promotional opportunities that creatively and cost effectively generate new direct business; plan and oversee the direct promotional activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plan ensuring brand consistency (including e-commerce, mobile, social media, catalog, mail, and customer service).
  • Manage the SEO,PPC , Social Media and Consumer loyalty program strategies.
  • Create and adopt strategies to recruit, manage and maximize affiliate sales and manage commission levels.
  • Manage online marketing budget, including continuous improvement of ROI.
  • Establish performance measures based upon DTC Revenue, New consumer acquisition targets, Retention rates and Website conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
  • 7+ years direct e-commerce experience in an integrated, multi-channel marketing environment
  • Experience in P&L management
  • Demonstrated experience in consumer segmentation strategy and execution
  • Track record of growing new consumer acquisition programs
  • Experience with digital, mobile, and apps a plus
  • Ability to motivate and lead direct reports and teams across the globe
